Authorisation

Complaints Procedure
If for any reason you are unhappy with our service or insurance arrangements, please contact our principal in writing or use our telephone or fax numbers or email address. Your complaint will be acknowledged in writing within 5 working days of receipt. Within 4 weeks a full written response answering your complaint will be made, however if the complaint cannot be resolved within this timescale we will write with an explanation as to the progress and the likely timescale involved, where this is within our influence. This process is repeated after a further 4 weeks at which stage if you are still not satisfied you may refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Financial Services Compensation Scheme
We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit. For compulsory classes of insurance, insurance advising and arranging insurance is covered for 100% of the claim without any upper limit.
